Turn Key Property Inspectors were fantastic! We are in the process of purchasing a home, and both Anthonys were super thorough in their inspections, which we greatly appreciate. Another thing we appreciated was that they scheduled our meeting right immediately after the inspection, while we were still inside the home. They answered all of our questions, and they even provided some advice on specific questions we should ask the homeowner regarding a few of their findings. When we woke up the next morning, we had a comprehensive report, with photos, and easily identifiable “priority” items. The report even offers optional additional features, which we have not explored yet, which gives us recommended contractors to get estimates from for the needed work. Both gentlemen were respectful of the property, highly professional, and friendly. They encourage us to ask questions, even after the inspection is over.
